The Baby Nest is made out of organic materials inside and out to ensure a healthy environment free from polyester and toxins. Care & Safety:

• To wash: Remove the mattress and bolster from inside the cover. Hand or machine wash the cover below 30 degrees. Line dry or tumble dry on low.
• This is a baby product and with all things baby, use with caution and trust your instincts. Common sense and intuition are something we encourage strongly. If it doesn't feel safe it probably isn't. Make sure to follow the below safety instructions at all times.
• Baby Nests are for rest and are not to be used as sleeping devices.
  
• Never leave your baby unattended or under a child's supervision.
• Healthy babies should always rest on their back, to reduce the risk of SIDS.
• Baby's head should always be placed towards the top of the Nest, away from the ropes.
• Do not put pillows in the baby nest.
• When the Baby Nest is open, make sure the ropes are pulled in entirely.
• When the Baby Nest is pulled into a tighter position, make sure the ropes are tied securely.
• Place the baby nest on a flat hard surface and don’t place it on anything it could fall from.
• Keep away from fire, flames and heat.
• Do not use the Baby Nest as a toy.

DELIVERY

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be posted within 24 hours of the order being placed (Can be longer in peak periods eg sales). All purchases are posted through Australia Post. With an estimate time of arrival of 3-5 business days from the day the purchase was posted. Delivery will take an extra day to Western Australia and South Australia.

If you are not completely satisfied with your products, let us know & we'll work with you to make it right. We are able to exchange your item for another size, a different product or provide a store credit if the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
